tripride and other failures
Jun. 4th, 2011 08:09 pmToday was supposed to be the Pride festival for my region. I'm a coordinator at my university's GSA so I was really looking forward to today as a way to get out in the community, etc. However, due to severe thunderstorms, the festival was cancelled.
As a way to cope, Tess and I went to three used bookstores today and I bought forty dollars worth of poetry. Now I'm feeling kinda inspired and might write tonight.
